To address the unmet needs voiced by patients over 25 years of clinical dermatology practice, we developed the Mighty Dab™ Intense Glycerin Balm to integrate clinically relevant concentrations of the proven skin ingredient with a luxurious skin feel.

The benefits of glycerin for moisturizing skin and promoting normal barrier function are backed by decades of published skin research. A Natural Moisturizing Factor, glycerin is also naturally made by our skin to maintain skin homeostasis. 

Mighty Dab™ Intense Glycerin Balm loads up to 20 times more glycerin than a standard* moisturizing emulsion formulation.

Why?  Moisturizers may contain up to 90% water. While drinking water keeps us hydrated, proper skin moisturization is achieved with a healthy barrier that retains the moisture from within and maintains normal levels of  transepidermal water loss (TEWL) so that excessive moisture is not lost to the surrounding environment. 

To achieve our high glycerin concentration targets, we developed an anhydrous formulation, withholding the addition of water, to deliver more of the ingredients that improve skin moisturization. By concentrating these ingredients, our goal is for one small dab to make a mighty impression on skin. 

Following the testing standards established by the National Eczema Society, Mighty Dab™ Intense Glycerin Balm is dermatologist tested, non-irritating, non-allergenic and suitable for use on sensitive skin.

Mighty Dab™ is made in small batches and hand packed in our Silicon Valley lab. 

The concentrated formula allows for a compact package with a reduced carbon footprint.

INSTRUCTIONS

Begin by applying one pearl-sized dab to one 40 square inch skin area, for instance, two elbows, two hands, one forearm, one shin, one knee or one foot. 

For severely itchy, dry skin apply additional dabs to the treatment area accordingly, until the skin treatment area appears well moisturized.
